Duty of Care
Complete our form to request a Controlled Waste Transfer Note to meet your businesses Duty of Care obligations.
Order replacement sacks
Order replacement sacks for general waste. Each roll has 52 sacks. Each sack holds 40 litres of general waste.
Replace a bin or container
Request a replacement if any of your bins or containers are broken, damaged or have gone missing.
Report a missed collection
We collect containers put out for collection from 6.30am on the day of collection. If you think we've missed yours, report it to us here.
Update your service
Request to change your bin size, the number of bins you use, how often we make collections, or cancel your business waste service.
