As well as our online tools that you can use 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we're available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and will respond to all your service issues in less than two working days.

Easy payments

Paying the bills is easy. You can do it online on our website, via our automated telephone payment line, or simply by a cheque in the post.

UK businesses are required by law to have a proper business waste collection in place as part of the duty of care - and we can help, including with easy online waste transfer notes. With our unique status as a local authority service you can be confident that if you follow our waste transfer note advice you will be legally compliant.
