How to recycle your food waste

Collect food waste into any clear/opaque bin liner.
There is no need for the liner to be compostable or recyclable.

Place any full liners of food waste into your outdoor food waste caddy or bin.

Your food waste is collected weekly.
Just put your food caddy or food waste bin out on the agreed collection day.
What happens to my food waste once it has been collected?
Your food waste is taken to an Anaerobic Digester plant.
Up to 75,000 tonnes of solid and liquid organic waste is treated at the facility each year, which is turned into biomethane and sent to the gas grid.
The site also produces an excellent biofertiliser which is spread on local farmland.

You choose how often you want your waste collected.
Our flexible range of services can collect more than weekly right down to seasonal collections only, depending on what you need.
Waste Sacks
We can provide waste sacks in rolls of 52 bags.
Each sack can hold 40 litres of light office waste.
Reorder our rolls as required.
Food Waste Caddy's
Our plastic food waste caddy's can hold 23 litres of food waste.

We provide upright plastic 2 wheeled bins:
