North Worcestershire Building Control brings together the Building Control Departments of Bromsgrove District Council, Redditch Borough Council and Wyre Forest District Council into one cohesive partnership, sharing resources and expertise to provide a modern, flexible building control service.

We endeavour to undertake all requested site inspections the same day if requested by telephone before 10:00am.

We often have unpredictable peaks in demand, please do leave a message if we do not answer straight-away and we <strong">will get back to you. 

We do not have resources to attend to missed calls where no message is left. In addition, we do not promote the reliance on text messaging or whatsapp for important or urgent issues (including site visit requests) as these can not be diverted during periods of staff absence.

PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE UNABLE TO ADDRESS ANY PLANNING PERMISSION ENQUIRIES. These should be made on 01527 881770 for Bromsgrove and Redditch projects and 01562 732928 for Wyre Forest projects.
