Bromsgrove Housing Allocations Policy Review

The Home Choice Plus Partnership, who deal with social and affordable housing allocations across Bromsgrove, Stratford on Avon and Wyre Forest, will cease to exist during Spring/Summer 2026.

Council officers are working towards a new Housing Register and Choice Based Lettings System covering  Bromsgrove District. As part of this process the Council is reviewing the current housing allocations policy and has proposed the changes below, which are now being brought to you for consultation.
