Sanders Park and Town Walk
Join us for fun walks around Bromsgrove led by trained volunteers. We have short and medium walks around the town on Monday morning.

Lickey End Health Walks
A short and gentle walk around Lickey End recreation ground ending with instruction on the fitness equipment available for free
Aston Fields Walks
Join us for a social steady walk of around an hour around the Aston Fields and The Oakalls in Bromsgrove.
Wythall Health Walks
Join us for a social steady walk around the local area.
Active Seniors Alvechurch
Our community exercise classes will help to improve strength, balance and co-ordination.
Active Seniors Hillcrest, Wythall
Community exercise classes to help you to improve strength, balance and co-ordination. They also include exercise that will improve heart health and general fitness.
Active Seniors Rubery
We currently co-ordinate two exercise classes for older people in Rubery. For people who are unsteady on their feet but still want to do a safe and fun activity.
