What extra support can I get from BURT?

BURT is a door-to-door service. We can support you by:

• Carrying your shopping between front door and our vehicle
• Pushing your wheelchair between your front door and our vehicle

We cannot support you:

• With personal care
• To be lifted

If you need the kind of support that we cannot provide, you will need to bring a helper along with you. They will not have to pay.
