Online Survey

A customer service survey has been launched which will allow Bromsgrove District Council to gather the thoughts and experiences of residents.

The survey will allow the council to assess how good or bad they are when it comes to customer contact right across the organisation, understand where and what the issues are and take steps to address them.

Anyone who takes part in the short survey will have the opportunity to tell us about their most recent experience with the council, whether they received good service, how they were made to feel and any ways they think the customer service could be improved

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and is available online here.
Alternatively pick up a paper copy from the council’s Parkside offices.

Cllr Geoffrey Denaro, Leader of the Council, said: “As a council, everything we do is related to and on behalf of our residents so it’s important that every interaction we have with them is the best it can be. We know that there are areas where our Customer Service is great and also places where it could do with some improvement. The data from this survey will allow us to get a better picture of what we need to do going forward in the New Year to improve customer service for everyone.”

Customers contact the council in many ways including in person, on the telephone, through emails, web forms and via social media and all of these channels will be taken into consideration.

The survey will be open until 9am on Friday 21st December.

If you would like more information or need the survey in another language or format, please contact us to discuss how we can best meet your needs.
