Stretch, Breathe and Recharge in Bromsgrove
This summer, residents are being invited to unwind, stretch and reconnect with nature through a series of free yoga sessions.
Bromsgrove District Council working with Catshill Parish Council and Bromsgrove PCN are offering the sessions every Saturday throughout the summer, starting on Saturday 18th July 2026 at 9:30am.
The free sessions are taking place at Catshill Meadow and are open to residents looking to enjoy gentle exercise in a welcoming outdoor setting, just turn up with a smile and a mat (or towel).
Portfolio Holder for Health & Wellbeing and Leisure, Cllr Shirley Webb, said: "Yoga is a wonderful way to take some time for yourself, whether you're looking to become more active or simply enjoy a relaxing start to the weekend.
“We're delighted to support these free sessions, which make it easy for residents to get outdoors, meet new people and enjoy the benefits of exercise in one of our wonderful green spaces."
Participants can enjoy a range of benefits from taking part in yoga, including improved posture and mobility, increased strength and balance, reduced stress levels and enhanced overall wellbeing.
