Lickey and Blackwell and Cofton Hackett Neighbourhood Plan

The joint Lickey and Blackwell and Cofton Hackett Neighbourhood Plan was made (effectively adopted) at the meeting of Full Council on 22 January 2020 and now forms part of the Development Plan.  In terms of decision-making, full weight will be placed on the Plan.

The Plan covers the entire area of Lickey and Blackwell Parish and Cofton Hackett Parish.
