Active Seniors - Rubery

Our sessions will be returning gradually so all updates will be sent out via our newsletter which you can sign up to here, social media and website.

We currently co-ordinate two exercise classes for older people in Rubery.

VENUE: Father's Barn, R/O 186-210 New Road, Rubery, B45 9JA

Active Seniors - Mondays, 12.15pm to 1.15pm 

Cost:  £4.00

For people who are unsteady on their feet but still want to do a safe and fun activity with like-minded friendly people with chairs available to help with balance and a seated option for all the exercises.
