Moving more can help you stay healthy, mobile and independent as you get older. It does become even more important to remain active as we age, if you want to stay healthy and maintain your independence.
Our community exercise classes will help to improve strength, balance and co-ordination. They also include exercise that will improve heart health and general fitness. Movement is also good for your mental health and well-being, as it increase endorphins and just makes you feel good!
You can pay for your exercise class here by selecting the correct option relating to the class on the drop down menu. Your online payment will confirm your booking.
However, if paying online is difficult for you please bring the correct change to class, we want to keep our instructors safe by minimising their contact with cash.
All classes are £3.70 per person from w/c Monday 4th April 2022.
