Pre and post-natal Exercise


There is strong evidence that keeping active during pregnancy is important to support both the mother and babies health.

the NHS says: 

"The more active and fit you are during pregnancy, the easier it will be for you to adapt to your changing shape and weight gain. It will also help you to cope with labour and get back into shape after the birth."

It is often difficult to know what exercise to do, so we have got qualified instructors ready to lead group exercise classes in Bromsgrove.

The Government roadmap suggests that we can resume group exercise in May, in the meantime we would like to find out what type of exercise appeals to pregnant women and women with small children.  Having an idea what you would like to do means that we can design the class around this taking into account the affects of pregnancy on your body and making adaptations as we go.
