Wythall Keep Active
We're hoping to restart our community classes in January 2021 subject to government restrictions.

Our Exercise classes will be restarting soon at our venues with our fully qualified, insured instructors.
At each class there will be some new things to get used to but we will be on hand to help as much as we can.

Being an Active senior can help maintain fitness and health, it will keep you independent living for longer and help you get the best out of life. Our sessions incorporate mobility, flexibility, endurance, strength and relaxation, to keep you feeling supple and able to do the everyday chores that we take for granted.

Strength and Balance Exercise

Balance exercise classes are designed for people who feel unsteady on their feet or have had a fall. The classes aim to improve strength and balance and also to help people feel more confident when out and about.
