From 1st December 2024, all external event organisers wishing to deliver an event on Bromsgrove District Council land must complete this online application form. The former document version of the event application will not be accepted.
Please allow 30 minutes to an hour to complete the following event application form and ensure you have all relevant event documents ready to upload including risk assessments, public liability insurance, event management plans and site plans. In order for your application to be thoroughly reviewed by our team and external Safety Advisory Group partners, we require a minimum of 12 weeks notice.
You will not be able to save the progress of your application.
