CATSHILL - Zumba and Pilates
We are restarting our Zumba and Pilates classes on Thursday 24th September.
Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular. Our fun, energetic classes have been modified to suit the older adult or someone returning to fitness, whilst retaining the funky dance moves so you can DANCE YOURSELF FIT!
- THURSDAYS 1PM TO 2PM - ZUMBA
- THURSDAYS 2:15PM TO 3:15PM - PILATES

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Its suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don't need to have done any Pilates before to take part.
Continue to exercise at home with Kelly....just make sure that your floor is free from clutter and work at your own pace.
