Turn up and Tone up !

Throughout August we are offering gym instructor led sessions at 3 of Bromsgrove parks for FREE!

Fitted with the latest outdoor fitness equipment that is available for use at ANY time, once a week these three parks will have an instructor on hand to help you out.  Whether you know what you are doing and just want a change in routine or you have no idea and would like guidance through the equipment, what it does and how to get the best results, then you are welcome to join us.

Our focus in providing these sessions is to bring the community together and to make them happier and healthier, a sense of community is one of the core drivers of this programme.

Joining the sessions is easy, you just turn up, register and join in.

You can burn calories and protect your joints by using the equipment provided.

Physical Activity Guidelines

Current national guidelines recommend exercise for 30 minutes on most days of the week to prevent chronic diseases, this includes the walk to the park and back as well as the time spent on the structured exercise - its a win win.

Your risk of heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure go down as a response to increasing your level of physical activity.
