Community right to challenge

We will consider any expression of interest from certain groups of people that might want to run certain services that we provide.

Expressions of interest could be from

1. Voluntary / Community bodies
2. Charities
3. Parish councils
4. Two or more of our employees.

We will accept expressions of interest at any time and acknowledge receipt within 30 days, and make a decision within 12 weeks.

If we accept your expression of interest we must then carry out a procurement exercise for the service in question, which we will start within six months.
