Landscape Sensitivity Assessment

Bromsgrove District Council commissioned White Consultants to undertake an assessment of landscape and visual sensitivity of the district, focusing on the environs of key settlements, as well as neighbouring built up areas on the edge of the West Midlands conurbation and edge of Redditch. 

This report sets out the method and a summary of sensitivity findings for each development type. The main report is followed by settlement based appendices setting out the detailed sensitivity assessments for each land parcel.
