Bromsgrove Shopmobility are asking current and potential users to have their say on the service they provide.

Shopmobility, which is run by Bromsgrove District Council, currently provide short-term hire of wheelchairs and scooters to help users get around the shops, banks, cafes etc. within the Town Centre.

Located in Churchfields Car Park, Shopmobility are looking at how they operate and would like customers’ views on what is important to them and any changes the service may need to consider in the future.

Current and future customers, as well as friends and family, can complete the survey online here: www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/BDCShopmobility2021/. Alternatively, a paper copy can be provided via the Shopmobility Office.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will close at 5pm on Thursday 30 September.

Portfolio Holder for Health and Wellbeing, Cllr Shirley Webb, said: “Shopmobility deliver an important service for visitors to Bromsgrove Town Centre, and we want to make sure that what we are providing is fit for purpose. It is vital that we take opportunities to improve, look to the future and reflect on what we already do well, so if you are a Shopmobility customer, please have your say and help us shape the service for the future.”
