“The total of £569 raised will help towards the continued support of young people experiencing issues or problems in and around our district.”
The event was held on Friday 19th September at Bromsgrove Golf Centre with the majority of the raffle prizes being donated by local businesses.
CEO of The Basement Project, Caleb Mallard, said: “We are so grateful to be chosen as the Chairman’s charity this year. It is especially meaningful to be recognised as a local charity working in the community.
“The evening was great fun with some challenging quiz rounds, confirming that our team won’t be applying for mastermind anytime soon! Thanks to all who came and to Cllr Evans for organising.”
