Empowering them to better their lives through activity and education. This course being free shows out commitment to enabling the people of Bromsgrove to lead happy and healthy lives.”
The next course will begin on Wednesday 6th of November. The course consists of 12 sessions across a six-week period: Wednesdays at 2pm and Mondays at 1pm. All sessions take place at Bromsgrove Sports and Leisure Centre.
