Landlords to be let in on industry best practice
Private sector landlords, letting agents, and property professionals are being invited to Bromsgrove District Council’s upcoming Landlord Forum later this month.
An evening of expert advice, networking, and updates on the latest news from the industry, the event will take place at Parkside Hall (Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8DA) on Wednesday 22 October, from 5pm – 8pm.
The free event offers a valuable opportunity to hear from industry experts, connect with fellow professionals, and stay ahead of changes in the private rented sector.
Speakers will include representatives from the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), Act On Energy, and the council’s own Private Sector Housing Team. Topics covered will include energy efficiency, housing standards, legislative changes, renter’s rights, and more.
Councillor Shirley Webb, Portfolio Holder for Housing, Health and Wellbeing, said: "Landlords are key partners in helping us provide safe, quality homes across the district. This forum is a chance to share best practice, get practical advice, and build stronger links between landlords and the council. I’d encourage anyone involved in lettings to book their place and join the conversation."
