The swap schedule

Here is the schedule of roads to be swapped, week by week.  Please check each week until you find your road.

6-9 January, collections in 'green bin week'

13-16 January, collections in 'grey bin week'

20-23 January, collections in 'green bin week'

27-30 January, collections in 'grey bin week'

From 5^th January we will be working across 8 garden waste rounds and replacing and removing bins over a 4-week period.What that means for you:

• Leave your bin visible and accessible during this week.
• We will aim to collect old diamond type bins on the day shown, however due to operational requirement we may remove your old bin earlier so please ensure your bin is accessible for the entire week.
• Your new bin will arrive before or during the same week your old bin is removed.
• If your bin wasn’t replaced, you are on a different bin round. You will be scheduled in the future.
• If your road has new bins but you haven't received one, and you believe you’re in the same round as them, please get in touch so we can look into it.
• If you didn’t receive new bin after old one was removed, please get in touch so we can look into it.
• If you still have old style bin, please get in touch so we can look into it.
• If a new bin delivered by mistake, please get in touch so we can look into it.
  If only one of multiple brown bins was swapped, please get in touch so we can look into it.
