Taxi licensing enforcement

Contact us if you have any concerns about:

• Driver behaviour
• Condition of vehicles
• Any complaint you may want to make against any licence holder
• Criminal offences related to taxi legislation

We will investigate and where necessary our authorised officers have the authority to suspend or revoke licences, and even take court action.

We always advise that in the event of any complaint the first contact is made by you with the driver.
