Meet the Instructors

The Sports Development Team deliver a multitude of community exercise classes. All of the instructors that deliver the classes on behalf of the Sports Development Team have the correct instructor qualifications including First Aid, Insurance and DBS certified. We are excited to introduce some of the fantastic instructors that deliver the classes.

Juanita Ochoa

Juanita has a degree in psychology and biology, and extremely experienced in Zumba, Tai Ch and PSI instructing. Juanita has delivered community sessions on behalf of the council for over 10 years, instructing on Strength and Balance, Escape Pain and Community classes.

Michelle Baker

Michelle is a Tai Chi specialist delivering sessions in schools and the community. Michelle explains; " When I began Tai Chi I had no idea how much it would change my life. It is calming, relaxing and at the same time energising and revitalising. It is good for your body and your mind. Tai Chi is an ancient martial art which is now recognised by the modern world as being of benefit to everyone. It is practised by all age groups and can be adapted to suit everyone's needs. I simply want to share it with as many people as possible."

Natasha Tandy

Natasha is a very experience coach and instructor, delivering community exercise classes across Bromsgrove and Redditch.

Susan Ainge

Susan is one of our community exercise instructors, she is well qualified in ESCAPE-pain, Strong and Steady, as well as being an enthusiastic and fun fitness instructor.
