Grants available for Bromsgrove Community Events

Grants of up to £5,000 are available to registered community organisations and consortiums of businesses to deliver events in community spaces in the district.  The events must fall into one of the following categories:

• Film, TV, Music, Radio
• Heritage, Arts, Museums and Libraries
• Culture
• Sports
• Volunteering and Social Action

Events of a political or religious nature are not eligible.

Grants are available to fund new events or to cover the costs of increasing capacity of existing events.  Eligible expenditure includes venue hire, marketing, licences, performers, staffing costs, and equipment & facility hire.

Grants are available on a first come, first served basis and subject to available funding.  All events must be delivered by 28 February 2026.

EOI’s can be submitted at any time but full applications can only be submitted when a funding round is open.  The first round closes on 18^th June and subsequent rounds will be subject to funding. 

This grant is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
