The Housman Trail

Renowned poet and classical scholar A. E. Housman spent his childhood in Bromsgrove, and you can take a tour around the places that inspired him.

Here is the trail guide, produced with the Housman Society, which describes his formative influences and includes sections of his work. It includes motor and pedestrian routes around the various locations.

Look out for the large bronze statue of Housman on the High Street!
