Council Tax

Today (August 14^th) in error, a number of direct debit payments have been taken a day early. With the weekend in mind, payments set to be taken on Saturday 15^th of the month, should have been taken on the 17^th which is the next working day. Instead, they were taken today.

We apologise for this error and want to reassure customers that they have the option to pursue a Direct Debit Indemnity Claim through their bank if this early collection has bank charges related to it.
