Bromsgrove District Council Off Street Parking Order 2026

The Council has updated the car parking order which governs the use of Council run off-street car parks in Bromsgrove. The previous order was made in 2024. The new Order came into effect on 25th September 2026.

The reason for the change is to take Stourbridge Road Car park out of the order as it is being de-commissioned as a car park and will cease to be available for use from 25th September 2026.

Season ticket holders are asked to note that the four remaining car parks for which season tickets will be valid will be: -

• School Drive Car Park
• Parkside Car Park
• North Bromsgrove Car Park
• New Road Car Park

Under the relevant legislation the Council advertised the proposed changes in a local newspaper on 14th August 2026.

Now that the Order has been made, hard copies of all the relevant documents including the final version of the Order are available to inspect in person at Bromsgrove District Council, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove B61 8DA between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00.
