Help with debt
If you are having difficulty paying bills and managing debts it may help if you speak with us or an advice agency as soon as possible before your problems get out of control.
How we can help
If you are having problems please contact us, we may be able to help. We can discuss and put in place a manageable payment arrangement.
To do this you will need to fill in and send to us a financial statement form showing your income and outgoings.
Based on this statement you can suggest a payment arrangement that is reasonable.
If you are experiencing financial problems or have a low income visit our benefits and help section to find out if you could be eligible for Council Tax support or other available help.
