Waste collections service status

Exceptional Weather Conditions

Change of bin collection start time week commencing 30 June and 7 July 2026

With high temperatures continuing to be forecast over the next two weeks, our waste collection crews will be starting work earlier than usual to help keep staff safe in the heat.

Collections may begin from 6:30am, so please ensure your bins are placed out the night before collection to avoid being missed.

Normal Service

Our waste collection service operates Tuesday – Friday every week, with first collections from 7am through until 5pm Tues – Thurs, and 4pm on Fridays, so please ensure your bins are out for collection from 7am and check here for updates on any issues in your area. We also regularly post on our social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

If your bin hasn't been emptied and there are no service status updates on this page, please report a missed bin to us here.
