Garden Waste Service Sign-Up Temporary Paused

Following the successful replacement of garden waste bins with the new style over the last couple of months, we have seen a higher than expected number of new customers signing up for the 2026 garden waste season, which has now used up the last of our stock of bins. Our next delivery of garden waste bins has been delayed, and we are waiting on confirmation of a delivery date.

To ensure transparency for new customers on when they will be able to use the service, we are temporarily pausing the sign-up process for new garden waste subscriptions.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

If you have already completed sign up for the new service, we will deliver your bin as soon as we have received stock and can get them delivered out.

We will reopen sign‑ups as soon as we have bins available to support customers. Please keep an eye on our website and social media for details of when the service is open again to support you with your garden waste needs.
