Building Control Fees and Charges

North Worcestershire Building Control

Since changes in 2010 legislation, local authorities are able to set building control fees on a site-specific basis tailored to the project. Other than the fees outlined below a site-specific fee quotation can be obtained very quickly by contacting us using email or telephone as below.

Fees are paid via an email link we issue after the application has been received. We can raise invoices by prior arrangement over £500.00 plus vat.

Some standard fees and charges do exist, these are below as of April 2026
