*The Wythall Neighbourhood Plan is due to be considered at a Council meeting on 21st January 2026. If approved, details of the Regulation 16 Representation Period will be published here shortly after the meeting.
SEA and HRA Screening Assessment
A screening assessment was undertaken in July 2024 to determine if the emerging Neighbourhood Plan required a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) or a Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA). The SEA and HRA screening assessment and the statutory consultee responses can be viewed below:
Area Designation
Bromsgrove District Council approved the designation of Wythall Parish as a neighbourhood area in September 2020. This is in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), by the Neighbourhood Planning (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and by The Neighbourhood Planning (General) and Development Management Procedure (amendment) Regulations 2016. The qualifying body for the purposes of producing a neighbourhood plan is Wythall Parish Council.
